Refund Policy

Version: 2026-10-28-v7. Effective: October 29, 2026. Its refund rules are unchanged from version 2026-10-28-v6. The refund rules from version 2026-10-21-v5 are unchanged; this version adds what happens if Bryno ends the AI agent or stops operating.

• 14-day refund, no questions asked. Email support@bryno.io within 14 days of payment for a full refund of your first payment: the $19 Pro purchase (for a business profile or a personal card), the $28 first payment of Pro + AI ($19 Pro plus the first $9 month), the $99 first year of Pro + AI Annual, or the first payment of an AI agent added later to an existing Pro listing.
• Automatic refund if we fail to deliver. If your payment succeeds but we can't publish your profile within 24 hours, Bryno refunds you automatically. The same applies if Pro can't be applied to your personal card within 24 hours.
• What a refund does. Refunding the purchase that included Pro ends Pro: your public profile is unpublished, and any AI agent subscription started with that purchase is cancelled, so the assistant and widget switch off. Your verified business stays in your dashboard, so you can buy again later. Refunding Pro for a personal card ends Pro on that card, and Bryno branding returns; the card itself stays.
• Deleting a card isn't a refund. Pro belongs to the card it was bought for and ends if you delete that card. Deleting it doesn't refund Pro. To get a refund, ask within the 14 days above.
• Disconnected listings. If Bryno disconnects a listing because its website wasn't verified within 14 days after payment, or because website control can't be confirmed or is disputed, any refund is at Bryno's discretion. This doesn't limit the 14-day refund above.
• Renewals. Pro never renews. The optional AI agent (Pro + AI monthly or Pro + AI Annual) renews automatically until you cancel; cancel any time, online, from your dashboard and nothing further is charged. Renewal payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires; the AI agent stays on through the period you paid for, and cancelling it never removes Pro. Bryno emails a reminder 30 to 40 days before each annual renewal.
• Refunding an AI agent added later. Refunding an AI-only upgrade ends that subscription and switches off the AI agent. Pro stays in place and your listing stays published.
• If Bryno ends the AI agent or stops operating. If Bryno stops offering the AI agent, or ends your AI agent subscription for reasons other than your breach of the Terms or the law, or stops operating, we refund the unused part of any AI agent period you've paid for, pro-rated by day. If Bryno stops operating, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance where we reasonably can. Pro is a one-time purchase that lasts for as long as Bryno operates, so it isn't refunded when Bryno stops operating, except under the 14-day refund above. See section 14 of the Terms.
• Purchases made before October 21, 2026 keep the refund terms agreed when they were made.
• Timing. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
• Your other rights. This policy doesn't limit any refund right the law gives you.
