Bryno lets you create a customizable digital contact card and personal microsite. It's one place to share who you are, what you do, what you enjoy, and how people can reach you.

Whether you're an individual, creator, professional or business owner, you can make your card your own.

Who can create a Bryno card?

Anyone. You can use your card to introduce yourself, showcase your work, share your interests, promote your services, or present your business.

There's one kind of Bryno card, with customization options for different needs.

How do I create my card?

Select Create My Card and enter your name and email address. Your card is ready immediately.

You can then customize its appearance and add the sections you want. No app, design skills or existing website are required.

Do I need a website to use Bryno?

No. Your Bryno card works as its own shareable microsite.

You can create and customize your card without owning a website. If you already have one, you can include a link to it.

Is Bryno free to use?

Yes. You can create, customize and share a Bryno card for free, with no credit card required.

Free cards display a small "Made with Bryno" line. Removing that branding or adding an AI agent is optional and paid.

Can I create more than one card?

Yes. You can create multiple Bryno cards and manage them together through My Cards.

Each card can have its own information, appearance and sections.

What can I put on my card?

You can add sections for your bio, photos, experience, interests, music, movies, TV, books, podcasts, games, social accounts and other links.

You can also include services, a menu or price list, a storefront and payment links. Choose the sections that fit you or your business.

Can I change how my card looks?

Yes. Customize your colors, backgrounds, header styles, photos, and light or dark appearance.

Your card can reflect your personal style, professional identity or business branding.

Can I use my card to showcase my work or interests?

Yes. Add photos, experience, links and sections about the things you do and enjoy.

You can showcase music, movies, books, podcasts, games and other interests alongside your professional information.

Can I use Bryno for my business?

Yes. You can use your card to introduce your business, describe your services, display a menu or price list, link to a storefront and provide contact information.

The same card format works for individuals, creators, professionals and businesses.

Can I add a storefront or payment links?

Yes. Your card can include a storefront section and payment links.

You can also add information about your services, products or prices using the available card sections.

How do I share my card?

Share your card using its link or QR code.

Anyone with the link can open your card in a browser. They don't need to install an app or create a Bryno account.

Does someone need Bryno to view my card?

No. Visitors can open your card directly in their browser without signing in or installing anything.

Your card is accessible through its shared link.

How can someone save my contact information?

Visitors can select Save Contact on your card to get a contact file that their phone can import.

This lets someone save your contact details without needing a Bryno account.

Will my saved contact details update automatically?

No. A contact saved to someone's phone doesn't automatically change when you edit your Bryno card.

Your card's link, however, always displays your latest information.

Can I edit my card after sharing it?

Yes. Sign in to My Cards to update your card's information, appearance and sections.

People opening your existing card link will see your latest details.

How do I sign in to My Cards?

Use your email address to sign in. Bryno sends you a sign-in link or a six-digit code.

There's no password to remember.

Can I manage my cards from another device?

Yes. Sign in with your email to access and edit all your cards from any device.

Your cards are managed through My Cards.

Do I need a password to manage my cards?

No. Bryno uses passwordless email sign-in.

You can access your cards using an emailed link or six-digit code.

How much does Bryno cost?

Bryno has four pricing options:

Free, $0: create and share a card with Bryno branding.

Pro, $19 one time, per card: permanently removes Bryno branding. No AI agent included.

Pro + AI, $28 initially: includes the $19 Pro upgrade and $9 for the first month of AI. AI renews at $9 monthly.

Pro + AI Annual, $99 for the first year: includes Pro and the first year of AI. AI renews at $99 annually.

What do I get with Pro?

Pro permanently removes the "Made with Bryno" branding from the card you upgrade.

It costs $19 once per card. It isn't a subscription, never renews, and doesn't include an AI agent.

Is the $19 Pro upgrade a subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase for an individual card.

Once purchased, the branding removal is permanent. There's no recurring Pro charge.

How much does the AI agent cost?

Adding an AI agent costs $9 per month, plus the one-time $19 Pro upgrade if your card doesn't already have Pro. That's $28 for the first monthly payment.

Alternatively, the $99 annual plan includes Pro and the first year of AI, then renews at $99 per year for AI only.

Can I add AI to a card that already has Pro?

Yes. If you've already purchased Pro for your card, you can add its AI agent for $9 per month or $99 per year.

You won't pay the $19 Pro upgrade again for that card.

Can I cancel my AI subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your AI subscription online at any time.

Your agent remains active through the period you've already paid for. Cancelling the agent doesn't remove your permanent Pro upgrade.

What is Bryno's refund policy?

Bryno offers a full refund of your first payment within 14 days.

What does a Bryno AI agent do?

Your AI agent answers visitors' questions about you, your work or your business using information on your card and material you've provided and approved.

It's an optional paid addition to any Bryno card. You don't need an AI agent to create or share your card.

How does my AI agent learn about me?

It uses your card's details and sections, plus short answers you provide about five topics: about you, services and prices, availability and booking, common questions, and anything else.

You can also add and approve web pages or PDFs as knowledge sources. The agent doesn't learn from visitors' conversations.

Can I control what my AI agent says?

You can change the information your agent uses, its personality, greeting and suggested starter questions at any time.

Its answers are based on your card and the information you've provided and approved.

What happens if my AI agent doesn't know an answer?

It says it doesn't know rather than making up information.

Your agent won't invent prices, availability or policies. It also can't make bookings, commitments or payments on your behalf.

Can my AI agent help visitors contact me?

Yes. Your agent can direct visitors to the contact options already available on your card.

It doesn't have a separate request-contact form.

Can I try my AI agent before paying?

Yes. You can privately preview your agent before purchasing it.

This preview lets you try the agent without using your card's visitor conversations.

How many AI conversations are included?

Your AI agent includes up to 100 conversations per month.

Each conversation is one chat session lasting up to 30 minutes, with up to 10 visitor messages and 10 AI replies.

Are my AI conversations stored or used for training?

Bryno sends chat messages to Anthropic to generate the agent's replies, but Bryno doesn't store the chat text.

Your agent doesn't learn from visitor conversations. Visitors should avoid sharing sensitive information in chats.

Do I need to sign in before adding an AI agent?

Yes. Adding an agent requires your card to be associated with a confirmed email address.

This allows Bryno to send receipts and renewal notices to the card's owner.

Can my Bryno card appear in Google or AI search?

Not at the moment. Bryno's own pages, such as this FAQ and our guides, are open to search engines, but individual cards are kept out of search results for now. Each card has an indexing setting, off unless you turn it on, that will take effect if Bryno opens indexing for cards.

Making your card accessible to crawlers doesn't guarantee that Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or another platform will find, cite, rank or recommend it.

What's the difference between SEO and AI discovery?

Search engine optimization (SEO) focuses on making information accessible and understandable to search engines.

AI discovery concerns how AI systems find, interpret and use information when responding to questions. The systems work differently, and neither offers guaranteed visibility.

How does Bryno prepare my card for AI discovery?

Bryno publishes each card as plain, structured HTML with clear contact details and descriptions. Individual cards are kept out of search engines for now, so today this matters most for people and AI assistants that open your card from its link.

Bryno is independent of Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other platforms. It can't control their results or guarantee recommendations.
