The fine print, in plain words
- Pro is one payment
- Pro publishes your card for as long as Bryno operates, subject to our Terms, and never renews. Bryno does not guarantee perpetual operation. Cancelling the AI agent never removes Pro.
- AI agent usage
- Up to 100 AI conversations a month while your AI agent subscription is paid. Each conversation has up to 10 visitor messages and 10 AI replies, lasts up to 30 minutes and may end after 15 minutes of inactivity, subject to fair-use and abuse controls. When a month's conversations are used up, your profile still shows your contact details; the agent resumes next month.
- Renewals
- The AI agent renews automatically at the price shown, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your dashboard; it stays on through the period you've paid for. Switching from monthly to annual billing credits your unused monthly time and never charges Pro again.
- Search indexing
- Paying doesn't change whether search engines index your card. Individual cards are kept out of search engines for now.
- Refunds
- A full refund of your first payment within 14 days, no questions asked; see the Refund Policy. If payment succeeds but we can't publish your approved profile within 24 hours, Bryno refunds you automatically.
- No ranking guarantee
- Bryno can't guarantee rankings, recommendations or citations in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google or any other AI product.
- What gets published
- Only what you add to your card.
