Our Story

A family taco truck in San Antonio, cooking over mesquite since 2019. We press our corn tortillas every service, marinate the pastor overnight and keep the menu short so everything is made to order.

FAQ

Where is the truck today?

Fuego posts the week's stops on Instagram every Monday. This card can't see where the truck is right now, so check the latest post before you head over.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan tacos?

Yes. The Hongos taco (roasted mushrooms, salsa verde, pickled onion) is vegan, and the elote and chips with salsa are vegetarian.

Are the corn tortillas gluten-free?

The corn tortillas are made from corn masa only, but the truck also handles flour, so Fuego can't promise a gluten-free kitchen.

Can I order ahead?

Yes. Use Order ahead under the menu to order online and pick up at the window.

Do you cater?

Yes, for 30 to 300 guests in the San Antonio area. Email hola@example.com with your date and headcount.

How spicy are the tacos?

Every taco is served mild. The salsa bar goes from a mild tomatillo to a habanero salsa labelled Fuego.
